Continuing our recap of last week’s Sprouter Young Innovator’s Showcase, here’s some info on the second group of 10 startups that set up displays, and showcased their businesses to our audience.

The Young Innovators Showcase featured startups from Ryerson’s Digital Media Zone, The Next 36, Waterloo’s VeloCity, Nspire, and OCAD’s Imagination Catalyst programs. The event was sponsored by TD Bank, and our bar was sponsored by Jugnoo.

PenyoPal aims to teach kids – and kids at heart – a new language in a fun and engaging way. Their first app, Food Frenzy, teaches mandarin by simulating a fast-paced restaurant environment.
