How has the business evolved since it was first established?
The main thing Ive done is find premium products for an affordable price and price them accordingly on the website. Another thing Ive done is taken and found professional product photos that have highlighted the detail and quality of the products listed. Ive done this mainly through contacting the supplier and by taking the photos myself. This makes the site and social pages stand out from the others and allows buyers to get a credible image of the product they are receiving.

I am the founder and owner of the website, business, logo and domain names.
Why is the business being sold?
I started the business mostly as an experiment to learn about e-commerce and dropshipping. Throughout this process I have struck luck by having started receiving orders within my second week mostly through carefully targeted FB ads and a busy shopping month (Christmas). It pains me to have to sell this business as I was caught by surprise how successful it has been. The main reason I am selling off the business is because I enlisted into the Navy and my enlistment start date is at Jan 2nd, 2017. Therefore, I cannot dedicate time to the business as I will be going through boot camp and will have no access to the internet for the first few months and will have other priorities in my mind.

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Owner: Approximately 4 hours per week, processing orders using the Oberlo plugin (one click and it automatically creates the order on Aliexpress), Social Media Marketing (fb ads etc) and basic customer support.
Does the owner of the site need any specific skillsets in order to successfully maintain and manage the site?
Some experience in making Facebook ads is good but definitely not required, I will provide all the materials you need.
How do you handle customer support and what is the average volume?
Usually around 1-2 emails a day, easily handled via email.

No, Im a one man show.
TRAFFIC & MARKETING
What are the primary traffic sources of the site?
Facebook, Instagram, organic search and email. Throughout the last few weeks I have been able to optimize my Facebook ads to the point where it only costs $0.01 per FB post engagement. This has led to a surge in website pageviews and active engaging users. This is something that I will walk the buyer through.

None, majority of sales come through FB.

I have invested about $67 on FB ads, mostly by boosting post engagement that have high quality product pictures and a link to the website. I have realized this method has been very successful in driving traffic to the website.

No I do not.

Most products are priced around $20-40 range, thus the operating profit margin lies about 150% as most items cost around $5.00 - $13.00 on AliExpress. Over the last few weeks, I have been able to develop a professional relationship with the suppliers in the understanding that if over 100 watches are sold, they can inscribe your logo on the watch. Professional photos really helped boost the margin and I believe they can be increased even further through ordering the product and taking quality photos on a white background.

Refund / Return rate is around 0% as the site was just launched, most customers have been satisfied with their products received. The primary reason for queries stems from the fact the shipping times usually range from 20-35 days internationally.
What are the main expenses of the business (please list any recurring expenses that account for more than 1% of overall revenue)
Main expenses are Facebook ads, which I try to optimize and spread out over time. It can be tempting to spend a lot initially to boost sales, however its even more important to properly target the ads to achieve successful conversions. Other than that its the usual Shopify fees. Oberlo, the main shopify plugin used is free until the store makes over 500 sales per month.

The above mentioned stores price at $100 USD + and do not have the price advantage that Gentz currently offers.
By dropshipping were blowing them out of the water and undercutting them by more than half their price - for people looking for value for money its a no brainer.

Yes I have another website blog detailing mobile app updates which is unrelated to this website.

Will you provide 1-3 months of post-sale support & training, in order to ensure that the buyer is able to fully take over the business and its operations?
Definitely. I will be restricted the first few months as I will be undergoing boot camp, however during the weekends I will be able to maintain contact via email and after March 2nd, I will be able to provide support that includes optimizing FB ads, converting sales from ads, and pricing products competitively.
What are the primary growth opportunities that you see for the business going forward?
- Currently the website is optimized for sales in the US and Europe. Since my ads have been mostly focused on the US and UK market due to my English ads, there is a vast opportunity to expand through targeting specific European countries and other nations. This would exponentially grow the business through increasing the target audience by 3-fold. Going worldwide is a huge opportunity, however it needs to be targeted and approached in a sensible manner with a specific marketing plan. Since the AliExpress providers have free worldwide shipping thats definitely one of the major opportunities.
- There are more products from the providers that I havent had time to put on the site. One thing I wanted to do is build a brand name for Gentz, by increasing the product portfolio to include bracelets, shoes, scarves, phone cases, belts, hats, accessories. Gentz mainly targets individuals looking to enhance their style through casual yet stylish products, and this is a niche that is ever expanding.
- Offering special deals and giving options for store credit. Another way is to list the products for free and making the user pay for shipping, which would cover the cost of the product and shipping whilst still maintaining a clear operating margin.
- Another approach I would take is update the theme to a more premium theme, making the website stand out even more by using a customized and unique landing page.
- Creating dynamic FB ads using a professional marketing company. This has been proven to increase conversion rate in a number of online businesses.
- Currently, the shipping rates are automated using Shopify. With a little bit of coding the shipping panel can reflect the current shipping prices on AliExpress, which consists of Free Shipping for all products and Expedited Shipping at an extra cost.
- Sell over 100 watches per month and the supplier is willing to inscribe your logo onto the watch, personalising your products even more allowing you to sell the products at an even more premium price.
- Create targeted Instagram ads to reach an even wider audience.
Are there any geographical limitations to the potential buyer of the business (i.e. do they need to be based in a particular country, region or time zone to handle customer enquiries or to take over the financial and other accounts)?
No. It would be helpful to have an ability to target ads to specific European countries. Due to language barriers it can be hard to reach buyers in Germany, France, Spain and the Nordic Countries. However, this is something that can be handled through using translators (Fiverr) or other freelancing websites.
